Wrapped up in Odoo
The caller is recognized from Odoo, with what is open: leads, quotes, tickets, tasks, invoices. After the call the summary goes into the chatter of every record you ticked.

A short brief per customer from Odoo and your earlier calls: the goal, an opening sentence, what to know and what to ask. Overnight for everyone with open sales, if you like.
